Meet the 2025 Royal LePage® Services Advisory Council

At Royal LePage, the strength of our brand lies in the extraordinary people who shape it. We are proud to have dedicated individuals within our network who uphold our mission and values, and bring valuable insights and expertise to the table.

We understand that our success relies on our ability to collaborate with regional leaders within our network. That is why we form the Royal LePage Services Advisory Council each year – a group of brokerage owners and manager-delegates who represent our expansive network of over 20,000 REALTORS® across 600 locations in the country. The Council’s primary purpose is to provide feedback and insights that influence the services offered to our franchise owners and their agents.

A platform for collaboration and innovation

The Services Advisory Council comprises 17 brokers, each chosen to reflect the diversity of our network. Members serve two-year terms, with half the council rotating annually to balance fresh ideas with continuity. This representation ensures that we consider perspectives from different regions, markets and brokerage sizes when discussing our service offerings.

By fostering open dialogue and sharing best practices, the council helps shape meaningful change at Royal LePage. Members also share their own successes and challenges, collaborating with peers to generate new ideas and solutions.

Driving the future of Royal LePage

The Council plays a pivotal role in evaluating new opportunities and guiding the direction of our initiatives. Their input ensures that the services we provide are practical, impactful and seamlessly integrated across the network. Beyond their term, council members often form lasting connections with one another and with Royal LePage’s leadership team, reinforcing our culture of collaboration.

“As a proud alumni of the Services Advisory Council at Royal LePage, I have experienced firsthand the dynamic and collaborative environment among council members. Our discussions are always rich and focused on the forefront of industry standards, with each member bringing unique insights and perspectives to the table. The leadership team at Royal LePage Canada consistently demonstrates a commitment to providing the best tools and resources for broker owners, ensuring that we can better serve our sales representatives and enhance their professional experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this opportunity to all Royal LePage leaders interested in shaping the future of our industry; the collective expertise and passion for excellence within the council make it truly inspiring.” Yasmine Mardelli, Royal LePage® Du Quartier, Quebec

“I was honored to be a part of the Royal LePage Services Advisory Council for two years. It was amazing to see that the company is in a relentless pursuit for innovation and new ways to better serve their agents and brokers. It was amazing to be part of a team that worked so collaboratively together and that truly cares. I am a firm believer that actions speak louder than words and that true leadership is run from the top down. The advisory committee is made up of broker-owners and managers who are true professionals in their industry, and have a strong understanding of what their agents need to be leaders in this business. In my humble opinion, Royal LePage’s leadership team is the best because they understand their job is to work collaboratively to make the community of Royal LePagers the strongest they can be.
