We are pleased to announce that Via Capitale Centre and Via Capitale Innovation, which own five offices located in Laval, Mont-Tremblant and Mont-Laurier in the province of Quebec, have joined today the Royal LePage network.
The brokerages will now operate under the names Royal LePage Humania Centre and Royal LePage Humania Innovation. Maxime Béland, the current owner, welcomes François Léger and Christian Bouvrette as co-owners, while teaming-up with Royal LePage Humania, which is the largest traditional real estate brokerage in Quebec.
This major expansion, mainly concentrated in Laval, brings 60 real estate brokers within the network, leading to a total of some 345 brokers (13 locations) affiliated to Royal LePage Humania in the north of Montreal.
“We are pleased to welcome Maxime’s team within our great company,” said Léger. “Royal LePage is by far the best real estate brand in the province. We trust that this partnership will allow our brokers and their clients to benefit from a forward-thinking environment, based on service excellence.”
“Real estate evolves quickly and Royal LePage owns the technology and the business culture to put forward the most sustainable proposition for our clientele,” said Béland. “I am confident that this alliance with Royal LePage Humania will better serve our clients.”
Welcome to Maxime and his team to the Royal LePage family!
