Created in 1965 by Gord Slightham and his son Ted, the firm Slightham Real Estate was opened in Don Mills, Toronto. In 2000, Ted and his son, Chris, acquired the rights to Royal LePage Signature. It began with a simple but powerful vision: to create a brokerage rooted in high standards of professionalism and care. From the very beginning, the focus was clear – to take care of people, whether clients, agents or staff, and success would follow. Today, the brokerage is run by Chris and his brother Jeff who have successfully expanded the brokerage to over 1,600 sales professionals working across three offices in the Greater Toronto Area.
