The new brokerage is led by Mark Zawerucha, formerly an Associate Broker with Re/Max, who brings nearly a decade of real estate experience to his new ownership role.

With over nine years in the industry, Zawerucha has built a reputation for professionalism and client service. He has been recognized with numerous sales awards with his previous company consistently for the past five years and has now taken the next step in his career as a first-time broker/owner.
