Royal LePage’s newest franchise, Royal LePage Modern Realty is located in Whitecourt, Alberta. Broker of Record Janet Kuehn and Co-Owner Ron Kuehn will be leading their growing team along with sales representative Lynden Kuehn and administrator Stacy Shepherd. 

Royal LePage Modern Realty will be serving the Whitecourt, Woodlands County, Lac Ste Anne County, Barrhead County, Sangudo, Swan Hills, Goose Lake and Fort Assiniboine areas. The brokerage primarily focuses on residential real estate with a large area of recreational opportunities as well. 

Janet has extensive experience in real estate as a top producer, having worked in the industry for over 16 years. She is an active member of organized real estate, where she currently holds the title of vice president of the Alberta West Realtors Association.
