Banks is a well-known contributor to Island life through his philanthropy and his frequent commentary on business affairs.
APM, founded in 1980, has been a full member of the Prince Edward Island Real Estate Association since 2004.
“We are excited to make this move to Royal LePage Commercial as it is a natural fit with APM’s property development, construction and property management expertise,” says Banks. “We also felt a strong historical connection with Royal LePage founder Mr. A.E. LePage who was born on Prince Edward Island and went on to build Canada’s premier real estate brokerage. We’re proud to add to that rich heritage.”
