Professionals from Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd. raised $20,000 for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation at their 27th annual Charity Golf Tournament. 100 per cent of funds were directed to emergency shelters for women and children fleeing domestic violence in the greater Toronto area.
Held June 6 at Lionhead Golf Club, players enjoyed a scramble tournament, BBQ lunch and countless prizes.
“This event offers our team the perfect opportunity to gather together for networking, relaxation and fun – all while benefiting a critically important cause,” said Karen Yolevski, chief operating officer for Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd. “We all recognize that a house is only a home when the people who live there feel safe. It’s truly our honour to be part of the solution to family violence in our communities.”
Over the past nine years, this charity tournament has raised $160,000 in support of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation.
