Royal LePage Performance Realty changes owners

Royal LePage is pleased to announce that ownership of Royal LePage Performance Realty, Brokerage has been transferred to Mark Rashotte, owner of Royal LePage ProAlliance Realty, Brokerage. 

This represents an opportunity for Royal LePage Performance Realty’s more than 290 agents to collaborate with the team at Royal LePage ProAlliance Realty, and allows both brokerages to leverage the talent and decades of combined experience and success each brings to the table. The two brokerages will work together to continue to explore ways to improve the value proposition offered to REALTORS®1 and their clients, increasing growth potential and referral opportunities across Eastern Ontario. 

Pierre de Varennes, founder and long-time owner of Royal LePage Performance Realty, will continue to be involved in the business and support the brokerage, noting that Mark’s values and management style are aligned with his own.

Royal LePage Performance Realty has eight office locations in Ottawa (2), Orleans, Cornwall, Hawkesbury, Embrun, Russell and Alexandria. Royal LePage ProAlliance Realty has 350 agents operating in 16 locations in Kingston(2), Belleville, Trenton, Brighton, Brockville, Cobourg, Port Hope, Picton, Wellington, Westport, Marmora, Tweed, Northbrook, Roseneath and Campbellford. Royal Performance Realty and Royal LePage ProAlliance Realty will continue to operate under their separate names.
