Gary Emde, Broker Owner of Royal LePage Varsity Realty and Royal LePage Hallmark Realty, has recently acquired the brokerage. Royal LePage Landmart Realty and its team of highly-skilled sales professionals serve the Moose Jaw, Regina, Weyburn, Swift Current, Shaunavon, Assiniboia and Southern Saskatchewan regions. Previous owner Brian Walz will remain with the brokerage as a sales representative. 

The brokerage is well respected and recognized in the Moose Jaw area, with a team of eight knowledgeable and experienced sales professionals who are dedicated to the communities they serve. Emde looks forward to building upon the success of the brokerage, with intentions to continue on the business’ path of growth.
