Frank Binder, Broker-Owner of Royal LePage^® Binder Real Estate in Windsor, ON, recently announced that Amber Pinsonneault, Kristen Nead and Katherine Rankin from Royal LePage^® Peifer Realty are now partners at the brokerage. These individuals will play a key role in the ownership and leadership of both brokerages while continuing to uphold Frank’s legacy and drive future success.

Amber and Kristen will continue in their leadership roles at Royal LePage Peifer Realty, with Amber remaining as Broker of Record. In addition to her responsibilities at Peifer Realty, Amber will also take on an ownership role at Royal LePage Binder Real Estate, where she will later transition to Broker of Record. Kristen will continue overseeing operations at Peifer Realty before eventually stepping into the role of Broker of Record. Katherine, a top sales broker at Royal LePage Peifer Realty, will transition into a new non-selling ownership role at Royal LePage Binder Real Estate next year.

As shareholders, Amber, Kristen and Katherine will have shared ownership in Royal LePage Binder Real Estate while also contributing to the success of both brokerages. Amber will focus on full-time leadership across both companies, Kristen will continue leading Royal LePage Peifer Realty, and Katherine will take on her new leadership role at Royal LePage Binder Real Estate as part of this transition.
