For the eighth year in a row, T3 Sixty’s Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) has named Phil Soper, President and CEO of Royal LePage and Bridgemarq Real Estate Services, Inc., the most influential person in Canadian residential real estate.

Royal LePage Chief Operating Officer, Carolyn Cheng, has also been recognized on this prestigious list for the second consecutive year. Cheng is responsible for developing new technology services and brokerage and agent productivity initiatives.
