The A.E. LePage REALTOR® of the Year Award recognizes a winner in each region across the country and every September, the national winner is announced! This year, our national winner will be announced at the 2022 Royal LePage National Sales Conference in Winnipeg, MB!
Here’s a little bit about our regional winners, who are all in the running for national recognition:
British Columbia
Sarah West is an esteemed industry professional and a consistent advocate for the Royal LePage brand. She strives to improve the real estate profession by mentoring young real estate professionals, offering valuable advice and education to her colleagues and industry peers. She is known for generously delivering value to others without the expectation of anything in return.
Sarah is also an integral part of the community in which she serves. She is a dedicated supporter of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation as a Commission Donor, and has contributed to numerous initiatives to raise funds in support of women’s shelters in her community.
As a distinguished member of the National Chairman’s Club, Sarah West is a noteworthy real estate professional.
Ontario
Mike Heddle is a well-respected leader amongst industry peers, and a true ambassador of the Royal LePage brand. He is a consummate professional who consistently shares knowledge, expertise and resources with those he works with. He is a leader, who has successfully built a high-performance team.
His commitment to giving back to the community is a true testament to his generous character. A strong supporter of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, Mike has raised significant funds for the cause, participating in last year’s Purcell Mountains Challenge for Shelter Trek, in addition to ongoing contributions to the Foundation.
As a distinguished member of the National Chairman’s club, Mike is a true professional and top producer.
East Coast
Chris Peters is a passionate real estate professional with a dedication to service excellence. He is known to be a mentor amongst colleagues, devoting his time, resources and knowledge to those he works with.
Chris has served a number of community organizations, including the Ocean View Continuing Care Centre, the Youth Running Series, Eastern Passage area and Business Association, as well as the Nova Scotia Department of Education. Chris is also a strong advocate for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation as a Commission Donor and dedicated supporter of local women’s shelters.
Chris is well-respected in the organized real estate space, serving on a number of boards and committees on regional, provincial and national levels, which involves doing important work on diversity within the industry.
Chris is consistently involved in Royal LePage events and initiatives and is devoted to assisting and motivating team members with his expertise and forward-thinking attitude.
Prairies
Brad Hawker is a passionate real estate professional and a tremendous supporter of the Royal LePage brand, as well as a notable member of Royal LePage’s Chairman’s Club.
Brad provides the highest quality of service to clients and is a respected leader and mentor to colleagues. He has an unwavering dedication to supporting the communities he serves, having helped organize the Royal LePage Christmas Food Bank Drive since 1994, resulting in over $600,000 in donations. His support for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation is also admirable, having been a Top Donor for years, and having worked on Royal LePage National Auctions for Shelter.
As an involved member of organized real estate, Brad has served on numerous boards, including the Pointe of View Condominium Association, and the Royal LePage Center Condo Association. He has also been on various committees for the Royal LePage National Conferences and currently sits on the Royal LePage Services Advisory Council.
Quebec
David Tardif is a community-focused sales professional who is dedicated to his clients, working to provide them with the highest quality of service. As a former police officer, David is well-respected in his neighbourhood, caring deeply about those in his community. He has organized events such as a pumpkin drive in collaboration with local businesses and farmers. He is also an avid supporter of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation as a Commission Donor, and has earned the recognition of being in the Top 1% of donors in Canada for the Foundation. He took part in the Purcell Mountains Challenge for Shelter Trek, where he hiked the mountains of British Columbia in support of women and children fleeing domestic violence.
David is a high-performing leader who works alongside a strong team of professionals. He is a dedicated REALTOR® who consistently mentors his fellow peers. His professionalism and expertise have earned him the National Chairman’s Club recognition since 2017, in addition to bringing his team, alongside his twin brother Maxime, to the number one position in Quebec in both sales units and gross commission income.
