We are pleased to announce that Royal LePage Legacy Realty, owned by Terry, Kelly and Jenna Dyck, has joined the Royal LePage network, effective October 1, 2019.  Although Kelly began his real estate career in 2014, he was raised in the industry by his father, Terry, who has been a REALTOR® since 1987. With Kelly’s wife Jenna serving as an agent, front end office representative, and social media strategist, they manage and operate a family-run business in Carman, MB.

All three previously worked with Royal LePage Top Producers, and decided to create their own Brokerage since Carman is geographically distant from Winnipeg. “We are focused on our local community and take pride in donating both financially and our volunteer hours to the organizations around us,” said Terry, “Serving our local area is a priority.”
Kelly added, “The Royal LePage Legacy team looks forward to utilizing more of the excellent offerings Royal LePage delivers to our network. Our main focus for the short term is to continue to build a reputable business based on the groundwork of Terry’s years of experience.” The group would like to expand their market area and is in the process of planning and goal setting for that expansion.
The Dycks’ dealings are mostly in the residential market, but Terry in particular has expertise in commercial and farmland transactions.
