We are pleased to announce John Iannuzzi and Don Inglehart of HomeLife Macro Realty have joined the Royal LePage network. The brokerage is renamed Royal LePage Macro Realty, effective May 12, 2015.
John and Don are veteran Realtors®, each with more than 40 years in the industry. John established HomeLife Macro Realty in 2004, and together with Don they have grown the brokerage to include 75 agents. Their business philosophy of providing optimal service to clients, transparency and treating people as they like to be treated has led to much success.
Don Inglehart and John Iannuzzi
John is a charter member of the Investment Commercial & Industrial (IC&I) division of the Metropolitan Hamilton Real Estate board and past chairman of the Regional Commercial Council of the Realtors Association of Hamilton-Burlington. He specialized in residential land development, commercial and investment properties. In 2008, he obtained the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. John became president of the Central Canada Chapter in 2012 and Regional VP in 2013 on the Board of Directors of the CCIM institute. He is fluent in English and Italian and also speaks French and Spanish.
Don established his real estate career 46 years ago and ran Don Inglehart Real Estate from 1974 to 1999, specializing in new home sales, residential sales and land development. He helped to manage a large real estate office until 2004. In 2004, John opened HomeLife Macro Realty and shortly after Don joined the brokerage as a full partner. Don has volunteered for a variety of committees with the Realtors Association of Hamilton-Burlington including discipline, arbitration, membership and professional standards.
