Appointment Notice

I am delighted to announce the promotion of Carolyn Cheng to Chief Operating Officer.

In this newly created role, Carolyn will lead a consolidated broker and agent services team, and play a key role in the ongoing development and execution of products and services designed to increase brokerage profitability and maximize agent potential.
This appointment comes on the heels of a period of tremendous growth for the company. The Royal LePage brand is resonating as never before as a wholly-owned Canadian company that designs and delivers leading real estate services in Canada for Canadians.
Carolyn has led the development and introduction of new services at Royal LePage since 2003. The company has set the pace for technology and training leadership under her watch, including important innovations such as our unique Google partnership and the continuous improvement of our industry leading consumer portal, royallepage.ca. Carolyn has also overseen the launch of a full suite of recruiting and retention services, which has already had a material impact on growth.
Prior to joining Royal LePage, Carolyn worked for Brookfield Residential Property Services as the Director, Business Development, and at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant.
Carolyn has a Masters in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.
