Phil Soper, Royal LePage President and CEO, has ranked on the prestigious T3 Sixty’s 2024 Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200) list for the 11th year in a row as the most powerful Canadian in residential real estate. Soper ranked 13th on the list and is notably the highest ranking Canadian executive. Chief Operating Officer of Royal LePage, Carolyn Cheng, has also been recognized for the fifth consecutive year, joining Soper as one of only five Canadians to hold a position on this prestigious list. The SP 200 is the definitive ranking of North American residential real estate leaders.

Carolyn Cheng ranked 146th overall on the list of most influential real estate leaders, and is the only female Canadian to be recognized this year.
