Kevin has recently been appointed as associate CEO of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), Canada’s largest real estate board, and president of PropTx Innovations Inc., TRREB’s subsidiary focused on providing MLS® and technology services to real estate boards and associations.
This appointment marks a significant milestone, not only for Kevin, but for the broader real estate industry in Canada, as his leadership is set to drive forward innovation and transformative advancements across the sector. His role will involve collaborating closely with TRREB’s CEO, John DiMichele, overseeing the strategic direction of both TRREB and PropTx.

During his more than decade-long career as a REALTOR® in Toronto, Kevin has consistently demonstrated his exceptional abilities, earning him numerous accolades. Kevin joined Johnston & Daniel in 2011 and was recognized as a Royal LePage® Rookie of the YearTM. Since 2012, Kevin has been a member of the Royal LePage® Chairman’s ClubTM, and since 2018 has been the #1 in unit volume at Johnston & Daniel. With over $1 billion in career sales, in 2020 Kevin was awarded the Lifetime Chairman’s Award, marking the 9th time this award has been presented in J&D’s more than 70-year history.
