A house is only a home if the people who live there feel safe. As real estate professionals, we play an important role in helping our clients and their families find a safe place to live.

That’s why, over 25 years ago, we unanimously agreed that helping women and children find safety from domestic abuse should be the focus of our charitable efforts.

As a Royal LePage® broker/owner, you could play an important role in helping to further our mission.

Royal LePage is the only Canadian real estate company with its own charitable foundation. Thanks to the generosity of Royal LePage brokers, agents and staff across the country, the Royal LePage® Shelter Foundation™ has raised more than $46 million since 1998.

Every dollar raised goes directly to helping more than 50,000 women and children who are served each year by the 200 shelters and support programs we fund. Royal LePage covers the administrative costs of the Foundation, so you can be sure 100% of your donations go directly to the cause.

How can you help?

As a Royal LePager, you and your agents have the opportunity to volunteer and fundraise in support of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. Our Commission Donor™ program enables agents to easily donate a portion of each of their commissions in support of the Foundation.

Want to take your support a step further?
You can be part of a ‘Challenge for Shelter’ trek! Each year, Royal LePage trekkers are challenged to raise a minimum of $6,000 to hike long distances across difficult terrain and give up the comforts of home in the process. In November 2023, our trekking group travelled to Ecuador to raise awareness for domestic violence. Learn more or make a donation at rlp.ca/challenge.
