Phil Soper, president and CEO of Royal LePage, has once again been recognized as one of the most influential leaders in North American real estate, earning a spot on Inman’s 2026 Power Players list. The honour marks Soper’s fourth consecutive appearance on the annual ranking, which highlights industry executives who are shaping the future of residential real estate.
