Phil Soper, President and CEO of Royal LePage®, has once again emerged as the highest-ranking Canadian on T3 Sixty’s Swanepoel Power 200 list.

Phil Soper, President and CEO of Royal LePage, has secured his spot as Canada’s top-ranking executive on the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200) for the 13th consecutive year, reinforcing his longstanding influence within the residential real estate sector.

Since its inception, Soper has consistently been recognized as the country’s most prominent real estate leader, reflecting both his individual leadership and Royal LePage’s ongoing impact on the industry.

The SP 200 is widely regarded as the definitive ranking of North American residential real estate professionals, recognizing executives whose influence, leadership and strategic impact continue to shape the industry.

“Being recognized once again on the Swanepoel Power 200 is a tremendous honour,” said Soper. “This distinction reflects the strength of our leadership, the dedication of our nationwide network, and the entrepreneurial spirit of the professionals who represent Royal LePage in communities across Canada. Together, we have built a culture that embraces innovation, adapts to change, and remains relentlessly focused on delivering value to our clients. In a challenging year for the industry, I am especially proud of Royal LePage’s ability to grow its network and attract top talent from coast to coast.

“In addition to my role at Royal LePage, I am honoured to serve as Chair of The Realty Alliance, an invitation-only network of North America’s leading brokerage firms dedicated to collaboration, idea sharing and industry leadership. Working alongside our CEO, Craig Cheatham, and the Alliance’s bluechip membership, we are focused on advancing professionalism, advocating for brokers, and helping shape the future of the real estate industry across the continent.

“My sincere thanks to Jack Miller, Stefan Swanepoel and the entire T3 Sixty team for their thoughtful research and for continuing to shine a light on the leaders helping to guide our industry forward.”

One of the key factors contributing to Soper’s continued recognition is his leadership in advancing Royal LePage’s national brand presence and influence across the industry. In 2025, Royal LePage launched a “Proudly Canadian” marketing campaign designed to strengthen brand awareness and reinforce its uniquely Canadian identity. In the same year, Soper was elected chair of The Realty Alliance’s board of directors. As the only Canadian board member, he will represent Canada’s real estate industry and draw on his unique experiences and perspective, further highlighting his impact and leadership within the North American real estate sphere.

According to T3 Sixty, the annual SP 200 list is compiled through a comprehensive evaluation of the real estate industry’s most powerful and respected professionals. Rankings are determined by assessing the scope of an individual’s influence, organizational reach, leadership impact, performance metrics, and extensive consultation with industry leaders across North America.
