That’s why the Royal LePage Services Advisory Council remains such an important part of our story. Each year, this group brings together a cross-section of brokerage owners and manager-delegates from across Canada, representing diverse regions, market sizes and perspectives, to help guide our priorities, programs and services.

A platform for bold ideas and meaningful conversation

The Services Advisory Council is intentionally structured to balance continuity with fresh perspectives. Members serve two-year terms, and every year, half of the Council rotates, allowing for new ideas and voices.

Through open dialogue, shared experiences and honest feedback, this community of leaders doesn’t just talk about the future – they help shape it. Council members bring challenges and successes from their local markets to the national stage, generating thoughtful ideas that inform strategy, technology adoption and service enhancements.
