Landmark Realty Mission Ltd. joins the Royal LePage network

Mission, British Columbia

We are pleased to announce that Del Touet, owner of Landmark Realty Mission Ltd. in Mission, British Columbia, has joined the Royal LePage network of 18,000 real estate professionals. His brokerage now operates as Royal LePage Preferred Realty, effective February 1, 2018.

Del Touet

Del began his real estate career with Royal LePage Fraser Valley Realty in the year 2000. He later briefly joined a local RE/MAX before returning to his original brokerage. In 2008, Del opened Landmark Realty Mission Ltd., which happened to coincide that same year with a downturn in the industry.  Del made it through those difficult times by recruiting ethical, hardworking agents who shared his brokerage vision. The company grew over time and currently is the market share leader in Mission in production and agent count. Mission lies 80 kilometers east of Vancouver in the Fraser Valley and continues to be one of the Lower Mainland’s most affordable cities.

With 23 agents currently on the roster, Del expects that number to increase significantly with the move to the national Royal LePage brand. “Our entire roster of Realtors® decided to go with Royal LePage,” says Del. “Familiarity of the brand was first and foremost and the technology available to us was just the icing on the cake.”  There are plans to soon move Royal LePage Preferred Realty to a 3,200 sq. ft. highly-visible facility on the main thoroughfare through Mission’s core, offering ample office space, parking and a well-designed boardroom.

Royal LePage Preferred Realty deals primarily in residential real estate with a small portion of commercial. They service the community of Mission, which itself has a population of close to 44,000, along with the surrounding communities into Abbotsford, reaching more than 150,000 homeowners.

We welcome the team at Royal LePage Preferred Realty and wishing them much continued success!
