We are pleased to announce that Century 21 Max-Immo, the largest Century 21 brokerage in the province of Quebec, led by Mr. André Charbonneau, has joined the Royal LePage network, effective October 16. The brokerage, located in Laval, QC, which brings more than 50 real estate agents to the Royal LePage network, will now operate under the name of Royal LePage Expert. This is the fifth real estate brokerage conversion to Royal LePage in the province of Quebec since June 2016, for a total of close to 400 real estate agents.

Along with his Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in industrial relations from the Université de Montréal, André Charbonneau has also acquired over 25 years of real estate experience. Just three years after obtaining his affiliated real estate broker license, he took over as owner of the brokerage in 2004, driving high standards of professional ethics and investing in cutting-edge technological solutions.

“Royal LePage has built a reputation as an industry leader in the last few years thanks to its tremendous progress in sales, its market share and its network growth across Canada, including in Quebec,” says Mr. Charbonneau. “The company has developed a method of offering services suitable to the way we do business in Quebec, and has invested in its technological future like no other banner has done. A significant number of our agents are specialized in commercial real estate and Royal LePage continues to be a leader in this market segment as well. As a value-added real estate brokerage, there was no better option for ensuring our brokers have the best position in the industry.”

We welcome André and his team to the Royal LePage network!
