Mark Wolle and Ted Scharf

Ted Scharf will manage his team of 30 agents, who will temporarily call the Kitchener location home until the new location in Waterloo is operational later this year.

Scharf Realty, like Wolle Realty, was first established as an independent brokerage. Ted joined the Royal LePage network 19 years ago and celebrates a real estate career spanning nearly 40 years.  Both brokerages share a common DNA and connection to the Royal LePage brand, which includes training and technology services designed to help agents achieve their full potential.

Wolle Realty was established in 1977 by Dieter Wolle. The brokerage joined the Royal LePage network in 2000.  Mark took over the brokerage from his father Dieter in 2011 after 14 years in the business, including serving as the office manager. With this merger, Royal LePage Wolle Realty has 103 agents serving the Kitchener-Waterloo region.
