Royal LePage Premier Realty expands

Langenburg and Yorkton, Saskatchewan

Warren Vandenameele, Carma Gramyk and Deanne Arnold

We are pleased to announce Royal LePage Premier, owned by Warren Vandenameele, has expanded his initial location in Langenburg to include a new office in Yorkton. The new office is managed by Carma Gramyk, who comes to Royal LePage from an independent real estate company in Yorkton. Together, the two offices, now operating with 10 agents, will expand their services within the south-eastern area of the province.

Warren began his real estate career in 2003. When his oldest son earned his real estate license in 2014, Warren sought a recognizable and trusted brand to facilitate a family real estate business and purchased Royal LePage Premier Realty. The brokerage has a strong presence in farm and ranch real estate, bolstered by Warren’s knowledge of the sector from his degree in agriculture.

Carma was born and raised in Yorkton and became a top producing Realtor® for seven years in Regina. Carma went on to another seven-year period selling a variety of property types as an owner of three luxury real estate brokerages in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Carma returned to Saskatchewan and her small town roots in Yorkton in 2012, drawn by the community’s excellence as a fine place to raise a family.

Business partner Deanne Arnold adds to Carma’s 18 years of experience with 10 years of her own. Together, with their team, they intend to build upon the Royal LePage brand and reputation in quality service to develop a relationship-based business around honesty, respect and integrity.
