Royal LePage Atlantic and Quest Realty join forces

Halifax, Nova Scotia

March 16, 2016 – We are pleased to announce Royal LePage Atlantic has joined forces with Bedford-based Quest Realty, effective March 15, 2016. The merger further solidifies Royal LePage Atlantic’s position as the largest real estate agency in Atlantic Canada, with the owners and agents of Quest Realty joining Royal LePage Atlantic team in Halifax.

“We continually look to grow and offer our services to more Atlantic Canadians,” says Ralph Stephen, owner and president of Royal LePage Atlantic. “Quest Realty has a long-standing reputation in Bedford as knowledgeable and passionate real estate agents and they make a good cultural fit with our organization.” Many of the team coming to Royal LePage Atlantic specialize and have become experts in the sale of new home construction – an advantage that Ralph Stephen says will add value to the company’s client base.

As part of this transaction, Royal LePage Atlantic will provide marketing and sales support for Cresco – a leading home builder and developer throughout the Halifax area. Cresco has a number of developments currently underway. Upon completion, these projects will house more than 30,000 people in 10,000 homes.

With this merger, 17 sales professionals are added to Royal LePage Atlantic’s 400 sales associates and administrative personnel. The company serves clients throughout Atlantic Canada, with offices in Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, Enfield, New Minas, Windsor, Moncton, Shediac, Shelburne, Sussex, Saint John and Rothesay.
