Hallmark Realty joins the Royal LePage network in Saskatoon, SK

We are pleased to announce that Gary Emde and Norm Fisher acquired Hallmark Realty in Saskatoon, the brokerage will now operate as Royal LePage Hallmark.

Gary has more than 31 years of real estate experience, earning his REALTOR® license in 1984. In 1996, he became a licensed broker operating Gary Emde Realty in contract with Re/Max.  In 2006, his company became Prudential Sask Realty, and in August 2012 Gary joined Royal LePage, operating his brokerage as Royal LePage Varsity.

Gary currently serves on the board of the Saskatoon Region Association of REALTORS® (SRAR) and is President Elect for SRAR in 2016.

Norm Fisher first joined Royal LePage as a sales manager at Royal LePage Saskatoon where he shared responsibilities in running the office with broker-owner Daryl Miller. In recent years, Norm has built one of Saskatoon’s most productive real estate sales teams, and in November 2014 he became a Royal LePage broker-owner when he opened Royal LePage Vidorra.

Hallmark Realty is an established and well-respected company with the distinction of serving as the #1 independent brokerage in the Saskatoon market, and the largest independent brokerage in Saskatchewan.  Both Gary and Norm are excited at the prospect of what their new partnership brings. “Hallmark Realty and its people have a long history of professionalism and service excellence in the Saskatoon market. We are thrilled to join forces with them in a move that significantly alters the real estate landscape in our area,” says Norm Fisher.

Former owners Don McIvor and Colleen McDonald  will continue to manage the business.

The addition of Royal LePage Hallmark adds 80 sales professionals to the Royal LePage salesforce in Saskatoon bringing its total to over 130, and increases Royal LePage’s marketshare to almost 22% in Saskatoon.
