Prudential Sterling Realty joins the Royal LePage network in Port Moody, B.C.

We are pleased to announce Prudential Sterling Realty of Port Moody, B.C. has joined the Royal LePage network. Under the stewardship of long-time broker/owners Gord and Carole Walker, along with partners Ken Gibbons, Ray Erwin, Neil Dinsdale, Ken Gollner, Gord Axford and John Adolf, the brokerage is renamed Royal LePage Sterling Realty, effective April 8, 2015.

Sterling Realty was established in 1989. Over the decades, the firm has grown to include 115 agents who are known throughout their trading area (Port Moody, Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam) as experienced, accomplished Realtors® with decades of local expertise. In joining Royal LePage, the team looks forward to leveraging the tools and services offered by an iconic Canadian brand and one that reflects their own values of business excellence.

General Manager Randy Ryalls contributes to organized real estate through his Professional Standards and Board Development committee work at the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Randy is joined in this regard by many others at the brokerage who give back to the industry and to their communities as well.  Royal LePage Sterling is also known for their philanthropic efforts and will continue to give back to the communities in which they live and work, mirroring the long history at Royal LePage of doing the same.

With this move, Royal LePage Sterling Realty is poised for continued strategic growth. By adding selected dedicated professionals on a systematic basis they aim to expand their already accomplished team and market share.
