Royal LePage Peaceland Realty joins the Royal LePage network in Richmond Hill, Ontario

We are pleased to announce David Young and Peaceland Realty Group have joined the Royal LePage network. The brokerage is renamed Royal LePage Peaceland Realty, effective March 31, 2015.

Peaceland Realty Group was established in 2011, and under David’s leadership, the brokerage has grown to include 73 agents who have established themselves within the Mandarin-speaking community. Royal LePage’s continued growth within diverse sectors across Canada reflects a 102-year-old strategy of delivering superior service.

David and his team intend to leverage Royal LePage’s innovative service offerings to deliver superior client satisfaction, maximize their profitability, and, to make a meaningful contribution to the communities in which they live and work.

Prior to his real estate career, David served as a regional sales director for a multinational electronics corporation before immigrating to Canada in 1998. He held managerial positions within the Toronto information technology industry before following his entrepreneurial calling to establish a successful IT consulting business. In 2011, he founded Peaceland Realty Group, making the transition to an award-winning real estate practitioner.

David is active in public service, serving as a municipal election campaign manager in the riding of Markham-Unionville, and is a recipient of the Community Volunteer Service Award from the Government of Ontario. In addition, he is director of Canada-China Realty Professional Association (CCRPA).
